No, we are not a staffing firm, though we can introduce you to a firm as such. Part of our service is the Vendor Management, and we team up with a wide range of other technology service firms to enable us to provide you a total management and services solution/s.

Our services are based on ITIL methodology, but we work to tailor this to the firm's needs.

ITIL, (Information Technology Infrastructure Library), is a set of practices for IT Service Management (ITSM) that focuses on aligning IT services with the needs of business. It is a Best Practice methodology that we use to set the foundation for your internal Best Practices.

We offer two levels of cloud services, one being a general Cloud Infrastructure architect design, and the second is the implementation and transition onto the AWS or Azure Cloud services.

Yes we have many years' experience in application development. We practice the Agile Development, utilizing the SCRUM method. We can help on implementing a Jira and Confluence system, including the full SCRUM process.
